without your advance permission, unless otherwise ordered by a court of
law. All personal information collected is used solely to contact the
customers in regard to their use of this service. Information gathered
from newsletter usage is logged solely to determine customers' interests
related to the Pure Energy Swing events.
Liability Release statement
I understand that activities & classes at Pure Energy Swing can be physically strenuous, such as laughing until it hurts, and students voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pure Energy Swing or its owners, staff, instructors, members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death. You acknowledge the stated Release of Liability upon payment and event registration.
You understand that Pure Energy Swing is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class whether caused by negligence or otherwise. We don't want those old shoes, anyway.
As a participant in Pure Energy Swing activities, you agree to be solely, soulfully responsible for any and all damages, costs, and expenses incurred as a result of any occurrences, or silly prank that goes awry or injuries sustained from participation in this program and further agree to hold free and harmless Pure Energy Swing and it's CEO, staff and instructors for any such injury.
Check with your medical professional, shapely nurse, or handsome doctor, first,
before participating in any exercise program. Choose your medical
professional, wisely. Check marital status and ask 'Can they dance?'
Discounts
Pure Energy Swing makes every effort to bring you a cost-effective (cheap) and
entertaining learning experience. Discounts are provided on a
promotional basis and may be discontinued at any time. In general Pure
Energy Swing cannot accept coupons from other studios or organizations.
No long term contracts
Pure Energy Swing offers a pay-as-you go services without having to sign
long term contracts for dance lessons, No Contracts, No Pressure.
Divorce us at any time without alimony.
